- Eliminate Distractions: Use apps that limit your time on distracting websites or social media. Also, create a dedicated workspace that's free from noise and distractions.
- Set Specific Goals: Use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) method to define your goals. It helps you stay focused and provides a clear path towards your objectives.
- Take Care of Your Health: Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and sufficient sleep are crucial for maintaining high productivity levels. A healthy body fosters a healthy mind.
