The truth is, I don’t want to show up every day. I don’t want to do the shoot, record the podcast, edit the content, write the email, the list goes on. The secret? Discipline.
Doing it on the days I don’t want to. Doing it even though my excuses are a mile long. Motivation comes when you show up, when you decide that the promise you made to yourself is more important than the excuses you can think of.
So, here is your permission slip. It’s only to not feel motivated, do it anyway.
